The staff were exceptional and accommodating, nothing to complain about. Booked classic quadruple room, that was provided with a bathtub, double bed plus Haram view. The hotel had a magnificent and stunning location near to markets and the holy mosque on the western side. It was also very near to shopping street. I had a great experience and would stay here again.

Overall it was a decent stay for 2 nights. We loved a double room provided with Haram view, a bathtub plus double bed. Marvellous and incredible location very near to shopping street, all was perfect. We had early meal in Mexican Chicken, based nearby.

Marvellous and fantastic location close to everything. A huge variety of food options just a short walk away from the venue. The rooms reasonably spacious, brilliant with double bed and a bathtub, for example. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

Had a NICE stay for 2 nights, will choose the place for future trips. I came here with my children. They gave me Wheelchair Accessible room with king size bed and Haram view, for example and that was essential.

Everything met expectation, I would not hesitate to return there. Greatly enjoyed the place, had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights. The property's location was absolutely perfect, close to everything. It was also right by the mosque and Masjid and the restaurant. There were extremely comfy beds and a kettle and a couch in the standard king room. A bidet in the private bathroom was a plus.

It is tidy, comfortable hotel and the staff is really good and excellent. The location magnificent and fantastic for Central Madinah district, it is really close to supermarket and Prophet's mosque.

I stayed here for 7 days and would definitely go back. Everything was really good, including very very helpful and affable staff to that Manager. Location: the hotel was short walk to masjid alnabawi, nabawi mosque and the airport. My room was well-maintained with a fairly clean bathroom...

The hotel is conveniently located just a 20-minute walk from the city center and provides easy access to Abu Bakar Masjed.

I booked a standard king room that was brand new and had a double bed and a bathtub.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were very helpful, especially the manager. Our room with 4 beds was beautifully maintained. The location was excellent, very near to the shopping street. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

The proximity to the mosque and the shopping street made my stay at Mias Al Madina Hotel in Medina extremely convenient. The new hotel had good parking options and was a great location for taking an Uber or taxi. The modern bathroom, friendly staff, and amenities like a boiler with tea/coffee provided, iron and ironing table, fridge. The room itself was cozy with a comfortable bed and had a desk and table with chairs. Additionally, there was a Quran tafseer and a praying carpet available.

While the overall stay was pleasant, I did encounter a few issues. The electronic display for the "don't disturb" or "clean the room" signs in my room was not working, and at times, the voices from neighboring rooms were loud and annoying.

I would stay here again and can recommend this hotel to others. Make sure you stay in the double room with 4 beds. The location is magnificent and perfect, adjacent to gate 316 masjid nabawi, bin dawood, and shopping street - could n't be better. Also, its 2 km from The Seven Mosques.
